Finding a therapist who really gets it, who understands the nuance of identity, relationships, and the intersections that shape who you are can feel daunting. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to make yourself smaller, quieter, or easier to love. Or perhaps you’re navigating the complexities of queer identity, relationships, or community and want a space where you don’t have to explain or translate yourself to be understood.

I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, neurodivergent folks, and those healing from relational and systemic wounds. Our sessions are collaborative, you bring your lived experience and insight, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and tools to help you explore patterns and new possibilities. Together, we’ll experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic, grounded, and free.

Therapy with me is a place where all parts of you are welcome. We’ll honor your intersections, identities, and the stories that shaped you while exploring what healing and connection mean for you. You deserve relationships that feel safe, joyful, and affirming, including the one you have with yourself.

My Mission:
To foster a warm environment that is conducive for personal growth by tailoring therapy to your goals, strengths, preferences, and lived experience.

To allow you to grow closer to your true self, but also as a result, have more meaningful relationships with others.
My Journey:
I had dreamed of becoming a psychologist since I was 15, knowing I wanted to be in a helping career. It wasn't until I was accidentally put into a women's studies class at Texas A&M University that I discovered what would become my clinical focus in gender and sexuality. While completing my doctorate at Texas Tech University, my passion for providing individual and intimate partner counseling was ignited. I am proud to utilize a feminist-multicultural lens in my therapeutic work and feel honored to have the opportunity to encourage others to lead more significant, empowered lives

FAQs

  • Do you provide virtual therapy for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients?
Yes—my work is queer-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming. Sessions are adapted for sensory needs and communication preferences.

  • How do you create safety and connection in online therapy?
Clear pacing, consent for any experimentation we do, and prioritizing your needs throughout the session. You decide what feels workable for our time together.

  • What kinds of concerns can be addressed in virtual sessions?
Any, but I’d love to work with you on, identity exploration, dating/relationships, couples issues, anxiety, body image, executive functioning, and trauma-informed support—all effectively addressed online.

Self-Care Rituals:

Cycling outdoors, getting seasonal cold brews, (poorly) attempting to nail Pinterest recipes, enjoying cold or rainy weather, creating handmade greeting cards, and playing with my two rescue kittens and my beloved grumpy cat, Luna.
