50-60 minute Individual Counseling, Somatic Experiencing, or EMDR Sessions $185

Extended 90-minute sessions $277.50

I honor my clients, their experiences, and their own felt sense of safety. While I have training in psychotherapy techniques and trauma-informed practices, I cannot be the expert in your life, and therefore I will prioritize your autonomy and learn from you about how you define and create safety.

I am able to treat relationship wounds, help clients to establish new interpersonal patterns, and support those looking to increase their own sense of inner trust.

Specializes in:

Trained in:

Attachment-Focused EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Mindfulness, and Healing Complex Trauma
My Mission:
For each of us to have safe places and relationships in our lives as I believe safety is the foundation through which each of us can fully be known and seen.

My hope is to establish a connection where we can share feedback and reactions with one another so that you are able to get your needs met and be fully heard in our therapeutic relationship.
My Journey:
Growing up in a working-class family college was not an expectation. After working in skin-care education for years, I made the leap and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology, a Master's and Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Gender & Multicultural Studies Certificate from Texas Woman's University.

Self-Care Rituals:

Spending time with my partner, coming up with nicknames for my three rescue pups, and watching almost anything that comes out on Netflix. I also make time for gentle movement and work to increase my here-and-now awareness in an effort to be more present and embodied.
