Lilia Hairston, M.A.

Since being a team member at Empowered Healing Dallas, I’ve learned a lot about how private practices function behind the scenes, whether it’s insurance, social media, payroll, etc. There are a lot of moving parts to create and manage a successful practice and I’m excited to grow and move forward with EHD. I love working with folx who genuinely care about the work they do, their clients, and their coworkers’ well-being. This is such important work and I’m happy to contribute in any way I can.

BA in American Studies and a MA in Political Science, both from the University of Texas at Dallas

I have 2 wonderful and spoiled dogs (Piper and Levi). I am a huge Dallas sports fan (Go Stars! Go Mavs! Go Cowboys!) and I love going to concerts and music festivals. I also enjoy tending to my garden.

Self-Care Rituals:

I’m passionate about using art as a creative outlet. I love to paint, draw, write, and just create things in general.
