You may be carrying stories and emotions that you’ve never had space to fully unpack, the pain of relationships that didn’t feel safe, the confusion of trying to understand who you are, or the weight of always having to be “the strong one.” Maybe you’ve spent years holding everything together, yet still find yourself feeling disconnected, anxious, or unsure how to express what’s inside.

I work with clients who are healing from trauma, exploring identity, and learning to reconnect with their emotions and relationships. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe enough for honesty and curiosity. In this co-created space, you can slow down, notice what’s happening in your body, and begin to make sense of your experiences with compassion instead of judgment.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming, which means I care deeply about who you are, what you’ve lived through, and how your story has shaped the way you show up in the world. You don’t have to hide or perform here, all of you is welcome. I’ll meet you with warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for your process as we work together to help you feel more grounded, whole, and connected.

My Mission:
Through connection, care, and acceptance, I seek to cultivate therapeutic spaces where you feel safe pursuing increased self-understanding, growth, and healing. I utilize curiosity, gentle challenge, and compassion to model and communicate that your full self is welcome. Through laughter, tears, and shared humanity, it is my hope that you feel seen, supported, and empowered toward greater authenticity and deeper connection with yourself and others.
My Journey:
While curiosity and attunement to emotional/interpersonal experiences have been present from an early age, it was not until my undergraduate education at Texas A&M University involved majoring in Psychology and Anthropology that my desire to become a helping professional deepened and became my life’s passion. Through graduate training and living internationally, I became more aware of common human experiences across cultures and identities as well as the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities. These experiences ultimately led me to pursue doctoral training at Texas Woman’s University that focused on multiculturalism, attention to sociocultural context and its impact, and advocacy.

We earn it—through consistency, transparency, and giving you choice in every step.

  • What are the first steps in beginning trauma therapy?
Stabilization, education about your nervous system, and building resources before any processing.

Self-Care Rituals:

When I’m out of the office, I love connecting with friends and family, listening to Broadway soundtracks or watching a new tv show, being near water, planning the next additions to my garden, and exploring anything arts, sports, or food-related in the DFW metroplex.
